Did you change the TV into the Video mode?
Does the LED of the receiver light or not?
What kind of power do you power the camera and receiver?
Would you please change a new 9V battery for the camera?
And Please use 12V AC/DC adapter for the receiver.
As I know, the battery will be weaker than the AC/DC adapter.

Also, please re-tune the tuner of the receiver to find the correct frequency.
