Hi,
1.)Paypal has limited my account as following message:
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Jan. 31, 2009: We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially high risk. 
(Your case ID for this reason is PP-627-459-106.)

2.)But I can't not find any case ID=PP-627-459-106 by search:
You do not have any cases that match the case ID you entered.

3.)Also I try to click the "Resolve" button of "Begin a limitation review", and nothing happend.
To Do Date Limited Required Response Status Action 
  Jan. 31, 2009 Resolve complaints Waiting for your response Resolve 

4.)Please let me konw how to remove the limitation.
