As you knew I am only a eBay seller in Taiwan. 
All of my items are bought from China in whole completely RO unit and then resell them on ebay.
And I never got any situation like yours before, so I have no idea what to do.
Anyway, I would like to full refund you, and please send your items back to me.
I will send them to factory to try to find out the problem.
