How to output the objects to the image file such as BMP

[Capture and save]: You can save a displayed image in a view to a file by [Capture and save] menu from [View change] in view header.
Rendering (Standard/EX only): Save the rendering product in the appropriate image form in [Menu > File > Rendering].
Supporting RenderMan command: You can render the image by [RenderMan] command if RenderMan has been installed in your PC.
Use the screenshot.: Capture the whole screen with the [Print Screen] key in the function of Windows and [Paste] from the clipboard with other picture editing software.

How to print

Print function is not provided.: Metasequoia does not provide print function. Save the image in [Menu > File > Rendering] and read and print it with other image editing software (like Paint; standard application in Windows).

How to reset Metasequoia

Reset configuration to default

Click [Default] at bottom of [Configuration] window. The configuration settings are initialized.

Delete a setting file

Metasequoia setting is saved in "Metaseq.setting.xml". You can reset setting if this file in the following folder is deleted and software reboot.

On Windows Vista or later, Metasequoia(32bit) is installed in Program Files:
C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Roaming\tetraface\Metasequoia4
On Windows Vista or later, Metasequoia(64bit) is installed in Program Files:
C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Roaming\tetraface\Metasequoia4_x64
Metasequoia is installed in other than Program Files:
The setting file is saved in same folder with "Metaseq.exe"

How to copy the Metasequoia setting to another

Copy the setting file

If you want to copy the Metasequoia setting to another Metasequoia, copy and paste the setting file, "Metaseq.setting.xml".
"Metaseq.setting.xml" is in the follwing folder:

On Windows Vista or later, Metasequoia(32bit) is installed in Program Files:
C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Roaming\tetraface\Metasequoia4
On Windows Vista or later, Metasequoia(64bit) is installed in Program Files:
C:\Users\(Usermane)\AppData\Roaming\tetraface\Metasequoia4_x64
Metasequoia is installed in other than Program Files:
The setting file is saved in same folder with "Metaseq.exe"

How to copy the shortcut key setting to another Metasequoia

Copy the setting file

If you want to copy the Metasequoia setting to another Metasequoia, copy and paste the setting file, "shortcut.dat".
"shortcut.dat" is in the follwing folder:

C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Roaming\tetraface\Metasequoia4
On Windows Vista or later, Metasequoia(64bit) is installed in Program Files:
